Why Aviation Requires a Different Approach

Most health and wellness support is designed for civilians. It assumes you can speak openly, take time off, and seek help without consequence. For pilots, none of that applies. Rosters, fatigue, recurrent training, medical requirements, isolation, time zones, and the unique culture of flying all shape how wellbeing needs to be addressed.

HOW IT WORKS

The Pilot Performance Plan

1

Discovery Call

We start with a conversation, just you and me, where I learn what's really going on in your life and career so the plan we build fits you.

2

Personalized Plan

Based on that call, I create a plan tailored to your specific goals, schedule, and challenges, not a generic template.

3

Habit Tracking

You track a few key habits daily so we can see real patterns in your life rather than guessing what's working.

4

Sessions

We meet regularly to review your progress, work through what's coming up, and adjust the plan as your life and flying schedule change.

5

Integration

This final phase is about helping you fully integrate the changes into your life so they stick on their own, because the goal is for you to carry this forward without needing me.

01

Modality 1

Habit Tracking

This is your foundation. Think of it like a flight data recorder: it doesn’t fly the plane, but it shows you exactly what’s happening so you can make real decisions instead of guessing. We review habits and patterns, set clear goals, and track sleep, hydration, and fitness so you can see cause and effect.
More self-awareness
Faster progress
Data without the guessing

02

Modality 2

Life Coaching

A combination of Tony Robbins-style coaching methods with a close look at self-sabotage patterns — the automatic responses that quietly steer you off course — aimed at building genuine, lasting confidence in their place.
Less self-sabotage
Clearer decisions
Calmer under pressure

03

Modality 3

Nutrition Guidance

This offers hydration tips, personalized macronutrient calculations, and straightforward meal guidance. The focus is on understanding and enjoying the process rather than sticking to a strict diet plan.
More energy
Clearer thinking
Fewer cravings

04

Modality 4

Weight Loss / Fitness

No gym membership is required to start. Training begins wherever you are and builds up gradually, with a focus on weight loss and fitness that sticks.

Stronger body
Better sleep
Lower stress

05

Modality 5

Relationships

Focuses on building healthy relationships, divorce coaching, and addressing communication challenges associated with an aviation career and extended periods of separation.
Less conflict
Deeper trust
More connection

A Few Questions You Might Have

Starting something new can come with questions. Here are a few of the things pilots often want to know before reaching out.

Is coaching confidential?

Your privacy matters. Coaching is personal, discreet and separate from your employer. I'll always be transparent about the boundaries of confidentiality and my role as a coach.

Do you understand a pilot's schedule?

Absolutely. Coaching is built around your roster, time zones and the realities of aviation — not the other way around.

What happens when I start?

We begin with a complimentary conversation. From there, we'll spend two weeks understanding your habits, sleep, nutrition, fatigue and routines before building a personalized plan.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's okay. You don't need to have it all figured out. We'll start where you are and work out what needs attention together.

Is coaching only for pilots in crisis?

No. You don't have to be struggling with a crisis to ask for help. This coaching is for pilots who want to improve their health, mindset, relationships, energy and overall quality of life — and stay at their best throughout their aviation career.
