About Aviation Coach
From Flying to Coaching
However, she also understands what it feels like when silence turns into a cage. Having faced her own struggles at the crossroads of mental health and aeromedical compliance, Suz chose to train as a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner and a Robbins Madanes Life Coach. Her journey wasn’t about leaving aviation but about finding ways to serve and support it better.
Today, she works with pilots and their aviation families, providing a safe, confidential space that respects the unique pressures of their careers. Her sessions integrate nutrition, fitness, and life and relationship coaching to create meaningful, lasting change rather than quick fixes. She has contributed to industry mental health research, including the 2024 FAA Mental Health ARC Final Report, and continues to advocate for a culture in which pilots can seek help without fear.

The Philosophy Behind The Work
Suz’s approach starts with one belief: the mind that created the problem can also solve it. RTT and coaching don’t paper over symptoms — they go to the root, rewire the beliefs driving the behaviour, and give you tools that work in the real world, including the flight deck.
Every session is tailored to the pilot in front of her. No scripts, no generic wellness advice. Just honest, skilled work in a space where you are finally allowed to be human.
